You should receive a text message and your ticket voucher sent to your email to confirm your booking.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except when the company cancels or modifies a trip due to force majeure or safety concerns. Refunds are only permitted for valid medical reasons.
  • Rebooking may be processed at any JAC Liner ticketing office or via the official website up to 24 hours before departure, subject to applicable fees and policies.
  • Passengers may update travel details at least 24 hours before departure. Once rebooked, the original seat will be released and made available to other passengers, and the company shall not be liable for any resulting consequences.
  • Rebooking requests may be processed at terminals during office hours (9:00 AM–9:00 PM), though online management is highly encouraged for faster processing.
  • Passengers must present valid e-tickets at the assigned terminal. The company reserves the right to verify booking authenticity and may refuse boarding or invalidate tickets used by unauthorized persons.
  • Each passenger is allowed one (1) free baggage for storage in the bus compartment.
  • Additional luggage is subject to corresponding charges calculated at the terminal.
  • All baggage must be properly tagged. Passengers must secure baggage tags from the bus assistant or conductor.
